The visit to the winery, which lasts approximately 2 hours, is split into 3 phases. During the first phase, you will be introduced to the type of agriculture techniques used by the winery. This is organized in the experimental pruning field. From there the visit continues at different areas of the winery where you will get to understand important elements of winemaking and conservation since you will visit the underground cellar where the wines age at 1,200 American and French oak barrels.
The third part of the visit is probably the most awaited moment of the day: the wine tasting and food pairing session. You will be able to taste many of the wines produced at the vineyard and also enjoy cold tapas that are paired with the different wines. The tasting is typically organised in at the winery´s garden area, in a very relaxed atmosphere.
On the one hand, a guided tour around our facilities, starting in our EXPERIMENTAL PRUNING FIELD, continue with the FINAL PRODUCT HEATED ROOM, the BOTTLING ROOM and finish in our UNDERGROUND CELLAR with barrels of American and French oak.

The second part of our experience is a tasting in our garden and, under a pretty Riu-Rau typical of the area, we will offer you 7 of our best wines:

5. Estrecho 2021
6. Santa Rosa Premium 2021
And finish with,
7. Dolç de Mendoza 2020. A Premium Sweet elaborated by Monastrell – paired with Chocolates Valor.
All accompanied by a wine-pairing with our extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), a toast with goat cheese, a selection of Spanish sausages, along with a selected cheese board from the artisan and ecological cheese factory Quesos Cerrón (sheep milk half-cured 6 months, goat milk matured with wine and goat milk cheese matured for 12 months).

The maximum capacity is 60 people at the same time. This group would be managed by 2 guides, who would create 2 subgroups and would carry out the visit in reverse order, and once the visit is finished, we will unify both subgroups to carry out the wine tasting together in our garden area.
